Audio visualisation

I’ve been working on a lot of R&D stuff lately. I want to create a bunch of cool looking and visually appealing renders in which the animation is directed by musical track. In the examples below you’ll hear a song by Analog Supply, if you are interested you can visit their myspace website trough this >>link<<.

Can you tell us about the method for creating this liquid based simulations what program did you use
a tutorial for this would be great

Thank your for your comment Hany!

First off I created a high resolution plane, selected the vertex in the middle and applied a push modifier to the plane. I then animated the push value with an audio controller. Fluid dynamics were created with realflow, I exported the mesh and particle data from realflow and imported it into max. One animation was rendered with vray, the other was rendered with krakatoa. I hope this brief explanation helps, if you have any other questions fell free to ask.
